Will you get me to the World Winter Games?Â
I'm extremely proud to be selected to represent Australia at the Special Olympics World Winter Games in Turin, Italy from 8-16 March 2025.
It will be my first Winter World Games experience as a competitor.
But, at the 2017 World Winter Games in Austria, I was one of a small group of athletes from around the world to take part in the Final Leg of the Law Enforcement Torch Run. The Final Leg is a World Games tradition where law enforcement officers and selected athletes tour the Flame of Hope through local communities before lighting the Cauldron at the Opening Ceremony.
I'm excited to compete in Italy because that is where my parents were born.
But, right now I need to concentrate on raising $14,000 to get there.
That’s a lot of money and I'd like your support!
