I'm making a SPLASH
Please support SPLASH and help raise money for Special Olympics Australia who provide sport to people with intellectual disability and autism...people like me.
I love playing sports and I think it’s good for people with disability to be able to play sport. It’s important for our health and well-being.
I like this quote from Olympic Swimming Champion Michael Phelps, “You can’t put a limit to anything. The more you dream, the farther you get.”
I’m proud that Michael Phelps is a Global Ambassador for Special Olympics.
I am proud to have been a part of the Special Olympics for a very long time and honoured to have the support of my family, friends and of course, the Melbourne Inner East Sharks Swim Team to get me to where I am today.
I am so excited and honoured to be involved in the Melbourne Leg of the SPLASH challenge raising money for Special Olympics Australia. It raises awareness for disabilities and allows people to excel in their chosen sport.
Outside of the Special Olympics, I work on the subcommittee where I have great communication skills writing exciting articles for the annual newsletter and the Athlete Leadership Program and I respect my teammates and staff.
Well done team!
