Yesterday was quite a day! 24 February 2024

What a day! Thank you WWE! Yesterday, WWE Superstars Drew McIntyre, LA Knight (pictured with Adriano), Indi Hartwell, and Candice LeRae took time out of their busy schedule before WWE Elimination Chamber: Perth to meet with Special Olympics Australia athletes for an afternoon of lawn bowls. ??

WWE is a global partner of Special Olympics and we are delighted (and a little awestruck!) to welcome them to Australia.

Thanks to our great friends at Law Enforcement Torch Run -Western Australia for sharing these brillliant photos - https://ow.ly/Niiw50QHjz2

Bring it on! 23 February 2024

Today, memories are in the making as a bunch of Special Olympics Austrralia athletes prepare to play lawn bowls with four WWE Superstars ahead of Elimination Chamber: Perth...where they will sit ringside! ??

Time and tickets were gifted by WWE who is a global partner of Special Olympics...and all-round community champions!

Special Olympics Australia athlete Rusty Nelligan is bringing his prized belt to the event today where he will recite the Special Olympics Athlete Oath: Let me me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt.

More to come!

One of the hottest entertainment tickets in Australia this weekend is WWE Elimination Chamber: Perth and Special Olympics Australia athletes have been gifted seats by WWE...and they’re ringside!!

Not only that, four WWE Superstars – Drew McIntyre, LA Knight, Indi Hartwell, Candice LeRae – are taking time out before the big event to meet our athletes and enjoy a real Aussie experience – a game of lawn bowls and a sausage sizzle under the sun.

WWE is a global partner of Special Olympics and has a long-standing commitment to community, so we are super delighted to welcome WWE back to Australia.

More to come!
