About Champions

Champions pitches your team against other teams in a fun football challenge while raising money for Special Olympics Australia. It’s a great team-building activity where you and your workmates have the chance to show your commitment to inclusion!

Champions format

  • Your team of seven compete in a round robin event.
  • Two teams make the final.
  • Finalists compete, the crowd roars, the winning team is crowned!

Getting started is easy!

  1. Choose a captain and team name.
  2. Register your team and pay the entry fee.
  3. Invite team members to join and set up their fundraising page.
  4. Tell everyone what you’re doing and ask them to sponsor you.
  5. Start fundraising. The fundraising target for each team is $3,500.

Catherine Cannuli

Former Matilda, Catherine Cannuli is ready to play with your team at Marconi where she started her sporting career as the only female footballer at the time.
