🚨🚨🚨 I’m freezin’ for a reason! Taking the Plunge for Inclusion, Opportunity and Respect

Every day, I have the privilege of seeing what people with intellectual disability can achieve when they are given the right opportunities, support and belief.

As the Chairperson of Special Olympics Macarthur and Head of Delegation for Team NSW at the 2026 National Games, I witness incredible stories of determination, resilience and courage. Our athletes don't ask for special treatment, they simply ask for the chance to participate, compete and be valued for who they are.

That's why I'm taking the plunge.

The Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) Polar Plunge is more than a fun challenge. It's an opportunity to raise vital funds that help Special Olympics provide year-round sports training, competitions and life-changing experiences for athletes with intellectual disability.

Every dollar raised helps create opportunities for athletes to build confidence, improve their health, develop lifelong friendships and demonstrate to the community what inclusion truly looks like.
