I’m not taking the plunge until July, so there’s still time to donate if you haven’t already. I’ll be jumping into icy water as part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunge to raise funds for Special Olympics Australia.

Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and competition for people with intellectual disability and/or autism, helping athletes build confidence, friendships, independence and skills through sport.

• Coaching, equipment and competitions
• Opportunities for athletes to belong and thrive
