I’m doing the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics!
This July, for the first time, I am doing the Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunge to raise money for my Special Olympics Club, Sydney South.
I have been a Special Olympics Athlete for 30 years. Special Olympics has made a huge difference in my life.
I have been sick a lot over the past three years, but am getting healthier again and starting to get back into swimming. So I am going to test myself and raise much-needed money at the same time.
The water in July will be cold … very cold! But I’m up for the challenge!
